Cancellations
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email:

Payments for completed work are non-refundable
Deposits and initial fees are non-refundable
Ongoing services may be canceled, but charges for work already performed will apply
Project-Based Services
Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if minimal work has been completed
Retainers / Ongoing Services
Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has begun
