Straton Enterprise – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of professional services, the following policy applies:

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email:

Refunds

  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable

  • Deposits and initial fees are non-refundable

  • Ongoing services may be canceled, but charges for work already performed will apply

Project-Based Services

  • Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed

  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if minimal work has been completed

Retainers / Ongoing Services

  • Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has begun
